Second fase: Growth monitoring under different conditions. Proximate evaluation of cell content.
Harmful microalgae: Sampling, taxonomic identification*, evaluation of okadaic acid, domoic acid and saxitoxins.
*This identification is limited by the protocol of the institution and is conducted by Nayarit State Public Health Laboratory. I use to work here and I need to collaborate again, for improve the technical trainig.
