Expertise in various methodologies for parasitological analysis of biological samples: dissection and recovery of parasites, fixation and preparation, microscopy analysis. Ability with molecular biology methods: DNA extraction, PCR, analysis of nucleotide sequences, analysis of phylogeny and use of dedicated software for data analysis, population genetics, worked in contact with trawlers to recover samples of the species subject of my thesis as bycatch, biometric measurements and dissection and stomach contents of catsharks such as Galeus melastomus and Schyiorinus canicula, deep-sea sharks like Oxinotus centrina, Dalatias licha and Etmopterus spinax.
