- Inform Mia Khusnul Khotimah (MKhotimah@wmo.int) by 15 September 2025, of your intention to make a 5-minute national report presentation at the DBCP-41 session.
- Use a copy of this template for your presentation slides; it includes a section to report incoherencies in comparison to the OceanOPS report. Based on your feedback, OceanOPS will work with your designated point of contact to solve such issues.
- The final draft of the presentation file should be ready and sent to Mia Khusnul Khotimah (MKhotimah@wmo.int) by 15 October 2025.
- Pre-record your national report presentation, ensuring it does not exceed 5 minutes. Please send your recorded presentation to Mia Khusnul Khotimah (MKhotimah@wmo.int) by 15 October 2025. Please keep in mind that live presence of presenters is still expected during the meeting for Q&A and engagement.
